Restocking File
This file allows us to track Amazon FBA stocks daily and provides a projected out-of-stock (OOS) warning. It considers historical days of supply and notifies you when inventory needs attention based on sales trends. No one is immune to OOS, but with this file, you get a heads-up and see daily stock development along with sales numbers. It links Amazon API to your data to ensure that you have a better overview of your stock in comparison to Amazon’s own inventory manager. You can also use it to track your FBM stock over time. At Snocks we use this data to see how OOS impacts our sales, so that we know how to improve in the future

Long Storage Fees
Similar to the Restocking File, this tool notifies you about products with high estimated storage fees for the upcoming month. You can set your own thresholds and choose how often you’d like to be notified. At Snocks, we do this via Asana to stay on top of it. You can choose how the notification best works for you. At Snocks, having our storage fees directly presented to us on a weekly basis made sure that we can on top of our monthly costs.

Search Term + Description Writer
This tool uses Python to place relevant keywords in the right areas, based on a relevancy score. It also allows you to write bullet points using AWS-backed data—currently available for EU sellers only. A huge time-saver for creating optimized listings on a mass scale.

BSR Tracker
Track your BSR (Best Seller Rank) on any level—whether it’s the lower category or upper category, you’ll get daily updates. At Snocks, we use it to monitor big changes in our listings that we might miss. Add a notification process if needed for real-time alerts.
In terms of the BSR Tracker, both a looker studio & google sheet are available options. I personally prefer a google sheet.

Image Uploader
Uploading images for each color and size within a product can be a time-consuming process, especially in fashion. I streamlined this at Snocks to make image uploading faster and more efficient—what used to take hours now takes less than a minute.
Using programming, this can be setup via Google Drive or on your local device.

Deal Creator
This tool ensures all deal prices are correct across multiple SKUs, reducing the chance of human error. It automatically produces the SKUs and corresponding prices, acting as a safety net for your listings. For sellers who have both FBA & FBM SKUs for one ASIN, this is very helpful in terms of ensuring the correct SKU is used for the deal.

We weren’t entirely satisfied with third-party keyword trackers, so we built our own. Track keywords daily, both sponsored and organic, and get insights into your exact SERP (Search Engine Results Page) position. We can provide raw data or help you set up your own Looker Studio to visualize it.

Bringing all of your parent listings together in a simple overview, this tracker shows the number of units purchased for each session, by day. Like the BSR Tracker, it helps identify any issues quickly, and can also include average price and sales numbers.
